I was in Tinmath earlier , car said 104 on the nose. Ugh.

I don’t know what y’all are complaining about. I’ve been up near Fraser and Granby scouting unit 028 for this fall since Friday afternoon and it’s been quite pleasant. Woke up to 47deg in my truck bed camper setup this morning :).

Was not overjoyed to spend $12K on a new air conditioner & furnace at the start of the summer, but I am sure loving it now. Electricity bill is down $70 over this time last year, and upstairs is actually at 75 instead of 85.
Also, obligatory shout-out to Brijcom / Valley Heating & Air.
We had a guy come and look at our AC a few weeks ago. He fixed a leaky valve and topped off the refrigerant for a whopping $150 on a Sunday. Best money ever spent.

its 101 here with 10% humidity. Its supposed to hit 104. High fire danger with the low RH.103? and 12% humidity for us. My grass is so dry I think if you glared at it hard it would catch fire. Less than 2" rain last three months. Not even going to try cut/bale it this year.
Well, if it makes you guys feel any better I?m down in the Houston area and although the temps are only a hundred degrees give or take the humidity is brutal and makes it feel hotter. I?ll take a dry heat any day.

Not exactly voluntarily. Family emergency type situation. Been stuck down here going on eighteen straight days and still haven?t acclimated to the environment. Fortunately I?ll be home very soon.

The breeze off the water keeps it low like that. If it weren?t for that it would likely be well above 85%.

Our hot spell of pushing 80 is over.
63, light rain, and cooling off as I write this.
Mid 60ish is about perfect here with all sunlight we get.

You mean like DC or NoVA? You have to hate any place that invents a word like "humiture" for when both temperature and humidity are in the mid-to-high 90s.
