SLOW site response when posting or sending a PM / Double posting

The staff is aware of the situation and has requested the site server admins troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

In the mean time, when making a post or sending a PM, allow the ~10 seconds (sometimes up to a minute) it's taking to submit the post/PM. DO NOT hit send again or go back a page and then forward again as this will result in a double post/PM.

I noticed that although it appeared to not have posted, when I hit refresh it was there.

P.S. I have a few other sites (that I mod) that are acting slow when posting so maybe there's something bigger going on internet wide. I haven't reached out to the admin yet because he's SOOO slow to respond anyway.

Should be better now. Ran some optimization routines last night, and working well in my testing this morning.
