I?ve been shooting CCI standard velocity ammo in my V22 for practice and saving the expensive Eley ammo. CCI shoots pretty well in the V22, even to 150 yards or more. I was running low on CCI and haven?t seen any in a while. Stopped at WalMart to pick up a prescription and found they had 500 round bricks in stock. I asked for one thinking the price would be outrageous but it rang up for less than $26 so I grabbed another. I didn?t expect to find any of this ammo and especially for the price. If anyone needs some you may want to hit up your local Wally World. Besides an occasional prescription I think the ammo was the first thing I?ve purchased there in a long time.

Heading there now. That's a great price!

The WalMart I visited is off Arapahoe east of I-25. They had another 2-3 bricks left. Limit was three but decided to leave some for others.

North Longmont WM had plenty of CCI SV 50 round boxes at $5-something each, but no cheap bricks.

That’s a bummer. I wondered if they even had it priced correctly? At just over 5 cents per round I should have bought another brick, sign said three box limit on ammo. I was shocked when it rang up as less than $26. I wonder if the full bricks were back stock and not intended to be sold as a brick and had an old price? They scanned the SKU on the brick, not the 50 round boxes.

I would say a SKU legacy pricing error has a high probability of the source of the deal.
