So adjusting to rural life, finding running a 60" mower and to a lesser degree mucking out dusty chicken coops etc, finding myself getting irritated eyes a lot.

Anyone have a go to for like a sealed glass that will stop dust not just impacts? Bonus if it works w/ existing glasses, but I could burn thru a pair of disposable contacts on weekends I never wear.

Motocross goggles, there are several made to fit over glasses. They are comfortable and seal pretty well.

While your at it, consider a good sealing respirator. Your lungs will thank you.

These are what I use at work.

+1 the MX goggles (motocross).
If you got that much debris flying around, check out a Navage. It's a powered neti pot-nasal cleanser. A little pricey, but it's well made and it does what the booger hooks never will.

Be spraying some 2-4d so also getting a respirator while I'm at it.

as well as gloves. Don't skimp out when it comes to a good respirator.

I have a brand new pair of Oakley ppe googles you can have. Purchased by mistake and got 2 pair. I’m in Westminster.

I was onboard with that until I found the $660 price! Ouch. Motorcycle goggles have to be less than that. :-)

That's nothing. 3M makes some that are 10x that.

Thanks, though I moved to OK a couple months ago. If you wanted to fuss with shipping I'd pay, be interesting to try other stuff than what I got.

Guess I might need to look at better gloves maybe for the chemical use, been using an old pair of cut/ stab resistant search gloves for mowing to cut down on vibration.

I ended up going for a full face 3m cartridge respirator, 6800? Model. Going to compare against my friends double the price 3m Fx whatever. The fact I have glasses complicated my options and pretty much couldn't find eyeglasses that didn't have complaints of fogging in minutes

Regarding glasses fogging, there are packet wipes for applying to motorcycle visors to minimize/reduce fogging.

Also there are motorcycle helmet anti-fog inserts which work well, though would require adaptation for your use.

Good thread on PPE, there's a lot of good experience shared here.
