Tapatalk not sending notifications

Has anyone had issues with Tapatalk not notifying you when you get a PM or you subscribe to a thread and there is a new post? Been like this for awhile and I?ve looked at every setting I can think of.

Yeah it?s lacking quite a bit lately. I upgraded to the premium version and it doesn?t seem to help.

I contacted them and they said it looks fine on their end so idk.
