Amazing security oversights.

The merchandising model has to change. Hurricane shutters on the fronts. All firearms locked up, secured in vaults. The VA pharmacy has better security than this. I figure the country will end up like the UK, police stations loaded with CCTV. Everybody under surveillance. Facial recognition, license plate readers, NSA AI ,etc. My neighborhood is already patrolled by AH-64 gunships.

Laws are being passed.

If the owners and operators took steps on their own to prevent theft, laws would not be needed.

It's the victims fault.

Isn't that the law that caused Rapid Fire Bunker to close up shop?

I figure it will end up like the old "Service Merchandise" model of retail. You order from a catalog in the store. You pay for your item, then you receive the item. All merchandise is kept in the back in a warehouse.

Amazing security oversights.

I don?t know. They?ll likely make more money and make it faster with the insurance payout. Seems like a solid business plan to overlook a little security in order to get a payout.

Interesting that the air bags did not appear to activate in the Hyundai

When you plan to crash a stolen car into a building it only makes sense to pull the fuse. Probably not their first rodeo.

With that many people involved I imagine someone will spill the beans. Gangsta types aren't that smart and like to brag. Then the whole cable knit sweater will unravel. The failure will be when the court lets the criminals off for one reason or another.

Or pull the airbags and sell those too.

The robbery should have ended like this robbery.

I think the government should pay all gun stores to install several UA 571-C Automated Sentry Guns.

That'll solve the problem, and quickly.

Do it for the children.

@Trimix

Those are cool and I'm sure would work for a while, but eventually someone would figure out how to defeat and steal those too.
