I've never made it to one of these events, and I won't make this one either. But, honest question, what are the odds of them having a Native 5 with Rex 45 steel? It was a sprint run in March of 2020.

If any of you fine folks find yourself up there and you see one of these Native 5 Rex 45 knives while perusing the table, would you please grab it up for me? If you decide to keep it for yourself I'd understand, but I'd like to get my hands on one to try out the steel as an EDC.

We were heading out this morining until I read that there were people camping out two days ago and the line is around the building. We don’t have a wish list of knives and just wanted to see what was available. Not worth the wait, cold or the hassle of being around people for me.

I drove by at a little before 10, line went from the door to the road and another couple hundred feet. I was curious as to what they had but not that much.

I decided this was not the day to get my kitchen Spyderco knives sharpened.

So I went, and got there about 12ish. Waited in line for about 6 minutes and got inside. There was still a TON of product and good stuff too, just had to look around a little bit.... ended up picking up a new para 2 with micarta handle scales, 2 different steel types of the Manix 2 lightweight, and 3 different steel types of delica 4s. And paid about 30% of what I would have through a retailer. I will absolutely be going next year. Id upload pictures but cant do it for some reason.

The pics are too large. There are apps that can shrink them down, or get on your PC and save them at 70% with paint.

Thanks! I was able to replace my missing Native with a lesser Para 3, but for half the price.
