Wondering if anyone can help or can point me to someone that can help. I have an antenna cable that has become separated from the PL259 connector and I need to replace the connector. It is wired through my truck so I would prefer not to rip the truck apart to replace the cable.

I have essentially no soldering skills and would love help from someone who knows what they are doing.

I am located in West side of Denver but happy to drive a little ways to get it fixed and can pay in cash or beer.

Thanks anyone.

I'm not exactly close, but I have the gear.

You'll need a new connector.

What size coax? 1/4"? 1/2"? For your reference on buying connectors those would be RG8X (LMR240) or RG8U (LMR400).

This is the cable: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B001JT72HK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - So looks like RG58.

I believe this is the connector that I need: https://smile.amazon.com/PL-259-Male-Plug-Connector-Adapter-Compatiable/dp/B07K23PFX9?sa-no-redirect=1
