Dorsey seemed to impress me early on as a bit clueless but not rabidly leftist like many. This seems to support that. The early disclosures were pretty much what we have known. Guessing by the lefty freakout there is more, and more damaging, revelations upcoming. I'm interested in seeing evidence of 1st amendment censorship collusion with DNC and the white house. The smoke hints at it strongly.

The decision was made at the highest levels of the company, but without the knowledge of CEO Jack Dorsey, with former head of legal, policy and trust Vijaya Gadde playing a key role.


“They just freelanced it,” is how one former employee characterized the decision. “Hacking was the excuse, but within a few hours, pretty much everyone realized that wasn’t going to hold. But no one had the guts to reverse it.”

That sounds very much like an intentional act by Gadde and others, not "oops, we made a mistake". Gadde's history has shown she is an ideologue and partisan so this isn't any surprise and as Chief Legal Officer, none of the peons below were willing to try to reverse her.

Jim Baker, who advised to "stay the course", was also an ardent partisan and anti-Trumper so I'm not inclined to give him the benefit of doubt in making an honest mistake. It looks more like using the appearance of caution to cover for a blatantly partisan impulse. Add the collusion with Democrat lawmakers who wanted more "moderation" and it looks more and more like conspiracy to keep information on the Bidens' foreign dealings out of the news until after the election.

The latest: Twitter attorney Jim Baker was "exited" from the company. Looks like he may have been trying to censor some of the files being released, omitting references to his former FBI employers.

For those that have been paying attention, the twitter files are really nothing more so far than providing receipts for what we already knew had to be happening. I'm interested in new dumps showing evidence of collusion/collaboration between FBI-Twitter. White House-Twitter, and other social media-Twitter (Facebook, google, Youtube, Instagram, etc). This has all kinds of angles, from 1st degree gov violation of 1st amendment, election interference, antitrust violations, corruption, tax-exempt activity, and section 290 violations.

The hard part about this is even if the house makes criminal referrals to the (in)justice dept, it will take a new prez in 2024 to install a new AG & justice dept to actually do anything about it.

Reddit, openly censors, conservatives, The_Donald, etc., and promotes threads that drive racism, anti-work, etc.

TikTok, is recognized as a facet of the Chinese Government, pushing stories and narratives to our young people (and everyone) that are destructive to the American way.

The latest Twitter Files, show that our own Government is doing things to Donald Trump, worse than Watergate.

But yet, there are no repercussions, nor any evidence at all that Government can be stopped.

+1. I like the rest of you have family and acquaintances who are pretty much brainwashed now. Where you get your news makes all the difference in the world. My sister in law and mother in law get their news from CBS and CNN. They don't believe news stories about Hunter's laptop, election problems, problems with the Covid vaccine, censorship in social media, and problems at the border because they aren't hearing about it through their trusted news sources. In fact, they are now conditioned to immediately dismiss any discussion about that and many other subjects as right wing disinformation.

We are seriously on the wrong side of the information war. Public opinion will not substantially shift in our favor because of lack of critical thinking in most people, lack of control of important institutions, total message coordination on the other side, and very few leaders on our side that will actually fight for what is right. Not sure what the exact term is, but at this point enough resources and momentum are engaged and fighting on the other side to win the war.

The majority don't have either the stomach nor the inclination (too lazy) for a fight. So long as they can use the drive-thru to get their take-out coffee, all is good in their world.

To get people to stand up and make their voices heard they have to feel a direct, obvious and personal offense to themselves. For most folks, what is going on in their communities, state and this nation offers degrees of separation to see and feel the effects directly and obviously. Even when folks can see the offenses those committing them just point their fingers at others (usually blaming Conservatives) and the sheep believe what they're told.

Nothing will change because people are too comfortable. Those receiving the benefits of bad government behavior are growing in number and have an interest in continuing down this path. By the time those feeling the pinch recognize what's happening they will be too far into the minority to be able to do anything about it. It's happened many times throughout history; it just happens to be happening to us now.

The ones best situated and equipped to handle the problem are on the drip and are essentially hired guns for the system that is unrecognizably broken.

Every so often a convenient conflict is drummed up and the MAM population goes off to fight yet another foreign war and the stinking festering cancer at home is swept back under the rug and handed down to the next generation to deal with.

Simultaneously, each successive generation is less and less equipped to deal with the reality of the problem through the continued and ever increasing reliance on the drip, mass formation psychosis through all forms of Media and big H History TM along with a sustained effort to slowly genocide off the American population.

The population is kept ever so divided by the illusion of differing political parties and politicians, sports, and the hyper focus on all things that divide and confuse, class, race, age, sex, immigration, government administrated charitable programs, ones particular flavor of sexual deviancy, and a purposefully designed confusing economic system.

But man are we entertained and fed delicious poison. Stores and Shops on every corner where you can buy everything and anything but happiness, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Tell-A-Vision, CaBaal err Cable, Social Media, Casinos, Sports Betting, Movie Theaters, Pornography everywhere, Bars, Clubs, Concerts, Drugs, Amusement Parks, McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Krispy Kremes, Pizza Hut, Steroid and Hormone injected plastic ?Meat?, Bubbly Sugar Water, Candy, Bioengineered ?Food? and Booze of every kind.
