Memphis point guard Ja Morant posted an Instagram video in which he shows a gun!
The NBA has suspended him for at least two games as they investigate the incident, costing him around $295,000.
The incident would be less embarrassing if he was waving something other than a Keltec.
Or is it a Kahr?

Regardless, if I were making $13 million a year, when I go to the club at 5am to dance shirtless and wave iron, I would have something much nicer.
Probably a Wilson Combat Supergrade. Or a Korth.

Any gun will do if you will do.
If you're unarmed, you are a victim.

He could at least wear a bra.
Oh whoopy. 2 day suspension.

"At least" a 2 day suspension. It looks like now the NBA is strongly hinting at a much longer suspension while he "gets help".

I could go my entire life without caring a bit about anyone in the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, etc., or what they do to fuck their lives up.
When I saw that everyone was outraged at his video I was shocked that the whole world was upset with the girl on girl action in the background. I thought everyone was promoting the rainbow people?
I guess it’s not gay month yet?
Sounds like the police are investigating now… Not sure what the crime is here.

Police in Colorado said Monday they were investigating Ja Morant's actions from the weekend after the Memphis Grizzlies star posted an Instagram Live video in which he displayed what appeared to be a gun while at a nightclub.
The Glendale Police Department confirmed the incident took place at a bar in Glendale, a small enclave surrounded by Denver and known for its strip clubs and shopping centers. The department said it is investigating whether Morant may have broken any gun laws.
He is also accused of beating up a 17 year old during a pickup game, getting into a scuffle with a security guard at a mall and in January, he and some friends "aggressively confronted" members of the Indiana Pacers traveling party, possibly pointing a gun at the bus.
Just another coddled fool acting tough.
My original post was to make fun of the gun he was holding, not to elicit hatred for celebrity.
Unless he tells the cops he was under the influence, this is a nothing burger. I guess the NBA can suspend him for having a gun on a team trip but he could just tell them the gun was not his or it’s not a real gun. Just gotta make sure he doesn’t tell the police that it wasn’t his gun or than he runs into background check issues.

Well, I'm a fan of Kel-Tec guns. I have several. They work properly and serve a useful purpose. Kel-Tec guns don't make fools of themselves and they're not thugs. Can't say the same about a bunch of NBA douche-bags.
Why's he holding it like a used tissue?

Why's he holding it like a used tissue?

Pretty clear case of that you can take the thug out of the hood, but not the hood out of the thug.

BINGO!
You take a sub-par student who has athletic prowess, pass them along through their primary education and give them a scholarship to a sports-focused university where they learn NOTHING (for many athletes it's because they can't read beyond a 5th grade level), then give them millions of dollars/year to play professional sports. What could possibly go wrong? While there are exceptions, most every professional athlete has no skills outside of their sport. They produce nothing of value and only serve as a gladiator to distract the peasants from the reality of the world. Most professional athletes, had they not found a team willing to hire (draft) them would either be working unskilled jobs or living a life of crime.
In case you couldn't tell, I have ZERO respect for athletes and sports beyond high schools. I personally find no redeeming value in them.
