I like it. Too many blue flags with seals on them. Is that a beehive or some sort of igloo on it?

Is that a beehive or some sort of igloo on it?For the people of Utah, the beehive?symbolizes the Utah community as each person in Utah works together to support and help one another and to create a successful industry. Industry was adopted as Utah's state motto in 1959. It is listed on these statues as well as on Utah's state seal and state flag.
Colorado should sue. Those look like our mountains in the background.
I always thought the beehive was an LDS/Mormon thing... no?
the flag looks good to me. Should be faster/cheaper to weave or print too with fewer fine details.

Was it 1847 or 1896?
The first article I read said it was adopted in 1911. Further reading shows they have a a lot of different iterations of their flag including as recently as 2011.

Well, now.
Bless their hearts.

So, they fell for the current minimalism logo trend and turned their state flag in to a tshirt. How many years before the next graphic artist comes in and convinces them to change it again?

I'm not sure whether it looks more like a T-shirt or something that won a local/regional/state-level elementary school "Design a new state flag" competition.

1847 was when Brigham Young & the pedophiles and polygamists arrived in Salt lake valley, 1896 was when Utah became a state.

The dates on the original flag should have been a clue……

Should have been, but wasn't.
As I have proven time and time again on this site, I am not very smart.

Given:
https://www.denver7.com/news/politics/students-rally-at-state-capitol-for-gun-reform-after-another-school-shooting
Back inside the Capitol, Democratic lawmakers are preparing to introduce a bill next week that would ban ghost guns in the state.
?I think it has a direct relationship to what happened in East is that it's one of the ways that students are getting guns is these untraceable firearms. Many of them you can order through mail order kits,? said Sen. Chris Hansen, D-Denver.
Ghost guns do not have a serial number and can either be 3D printed or purchased in parts then assembled. They are virtually untraceable.
The bill will do three things: outlaw guns without serial numbers, ban the manufacturing of ghost guns and prohibit mail order of the firearm kits.
People with firearms that do not have a serial number would be given 30 days to register them with the state. For those who don?t and are caught with a ghost gun, Hansen says a first and second offense would result in a misdemeanor charge. A third offense would result in a class five felony under the current draft.
And,
Vote on this garbage today.
I looked at the final text. It looks like it has been amended with some good news.
SECTION 3. Act subject to petition - effective date -
applicability. (1) This act takes effect October 1, 2023; except that, if a
referendum petition is filed pursuant to section 1 (3) of article V of the
state constitution against this act or an item, section, or part of this act
within the ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general
assembly, then the act, item, section, or part will not take effect unless
approved by the people at the general election to be held in November
2024 and, in such case, will take effect on the date of the official
declaration of the vote thereon by the governor.
Which means we have 90 days to file a petition to put it to the voters.
Judging by the previous several elections, the dopey masses will likely vote it into law. However, that is the way it should be. Allow the voters to decide instead of the legislature ramming it down our throats.
Then there is,
I find it ironic they mention mass shootings, specifically mentioning Columbine (with others), and what a massive threat these shootings are to the public. Wonder why there was no mention that the Columbine shooting occurred when there was a federal AWB in effect?
Yeah...CO is on the fast track to becoming the next liberal-dominated shit-hole like CA, OR, WA and many east coast states. Actually, it's probably already there...
That flag doesn't look so bad to me...
