https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/interactive/2023/ar-15-damage-to-human-body/

It is an animated depiction of how bullets kill children.

Read it if you can stomach it. Both for the violence, the contrasting statements and the overt anti-gun sentiments.

And then read the comment section.

It looks like this article is outside the paywall so everyone can access it.

I won't go past the opening page simply because it's obvious someone has an agenda. Heavens forbid if they discover that pretty much all rifle bullets have the same affect, even if they are fired from anything other than an AR...They can attach the AR for all they want, the fact is even if tomrrow they were able to confiscate every AR known to man in the U.S.A, it wouldn't stop the mass shootings, or any shootings. Unfortunately, their hate for the AR won't allow them to think logically, even for a second. The AR is simply a tool, one of many different tools that can do great harm to humans in the hands of a sicko.

When I saw the 'mushroom' of an AR projectile in the animation I lost interest.

They wouldn't know how to process what a 10 ga rifled slug can do to a terminal target.

I did find it interesting that they focused on velocity rather than energy. Do you think that’s just a dumb it down?

It would appear they have turned comments off.

Interesting approach but as has been stated, only published to drive the agenda.

If you're unarmed, you are a victim.

Nashville shooter used a KelTec 2000 9mm carbine and a S&W M&P 9mm pistol.

Nope.

Good catch. One of the reasons I posted the link.

Watch for the shift in reporting from ARs being "high power(ed) rifles" to "high velocity" rifles.

Another good catch.

Later in the article, as they profiled the death of children, the animations of the victims showed the 5.56 bullets fragmenting.

Does the evil AR shoot a tumbling mushroom, or a fragmenting bullet?

could be either, depending on which bullet we're talking about.

I'd be more worried about 12 GA buckshot in a 3 1/2 inch shell. 15 projectiles at one shot. If you watched the cop clearing the rooms in the entrance video of the school, he was carrying a shotgun.

Right now they have to focus people on the scary guns. If they jump on 12 gauge shotguns immediately, they'll provoke a reaction from the hunters. This way they can get some people scared of ARs and once they have enough of those, they can shift to other firearms.

The American oligarchs will press this agenda while they hide behind armed bodyguards, the politicians are their lackeys who know where there source of funding is coming from. With enough money you can put anyone you want in high office. You can buy anyone or anything here in the US.

They already banned rotary shotguns, next will probably be Saigas, Shockwaves, and bullpups... but Biden sez you can keep your double barrel.

Lefty retard journos never let facts get in the way of pushing their gun-control agenda.
