Got this back today from the attorney general. Did a paper form 4 by hand, used exactly what silencer shop uses for CLEO.

I have always mailed them to the Sheriff where the applicant resides. I would guess for Arvada it would be Jefferson County Sheriff, Reggie Marinelli. I have never mailed one to the AG. I also have never had one come back.

The issue is that, this is what Silencer Shop does by mailing them to the AG. I have used silencer shop for all my suoressors before. Not going into any detail here but these stamps were perfromed by hand and mailed by the FFL.
