Crime and drug use are at all time highs but THIS is a priority for the Democrats.

Amenities For All Genders In Public Buildings
Concerning a requirement that certain public buildings have restrooms with amenities for all genders, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.


Provide a non-gendered restroom facility or a multi-stall non-gendered facility on each floor where restrooms are available;
Ensure that all single-stall restrooms are not designated for exclusive use by any specific gender;

Indicate in the central building directory, if such a directory exists, the location of any baby diaper changing station and of any non-gendered restroom with a pictogram void of gender.



The bill clarifies that an employee with a designated workplace in a public building may undertake the complaint process for alleged discriminatory or unfair practices including the failure to comply with providing the required amenities to all genders, as required, with the Colorado civil rights division charged with the enforcement of the Colorado anti-discrimination act.

I don't have a problem with the addition of a "whatever you want or need" single-use bathroom in conjunction with the other standard male / female multiunits. Something like you already see at Walmart or the airport. I have a big problem with multiunits being redesignated as "genderless".

Ha. First off, if you?re going to continually vandalize property then don?t act surprised when the people who have to deal with the vandalism simply remove the items being vandalized. Also, many lessons are learned in high school so maybe the lack of privacy while doing your business will help prepare some of these young men for the military. Or prison.

Next, we'll see pay-for-use private stalls if one wants to protect from prying eyes. Then will come the pay-only attendant monitored restrooms as seen throughout Europe. Pay-for-use are the only public options available there. Stand in line.

No free pee, and it almost impossible to find a discretely located tree or shrub where you can't be seen even in the larger urban parks. And just like in the big cities here, the cities in Europe are besieged by the "homeless" who freely crap on the sidewalks and in building entrances everywhere. One to two dollars or euros to take leak is common, and I'm sure that people drink less liquids as a result. There are no free public drinking water sources. People buy water in little plastic bottles if they want to stay hydrated and can afford to pee.

Would that incorporate the same waste detection system that was recommended a couple of years ago that would test your stool for Covid and alert the proper authorities?

There is already a trend towards bathrooms that are one room with one entry with shared sinks along one wall and a series of doors on the other. Walk in and enter your individual stall. Rosetta Hall restaurant in Boulder is like this, of course mixing guys and girls in one bathroom in a college town has lead to a few stories. I suspect that most places will eventually run with something similar until it starts causing problems to the point that lawsuits from someone being assaulted override someone complaining about being accommodated for their own special needs.

I learned all sorts of interesting things reading the stall walls at Boulder High back in the day. The highly detailed drawings of various male and female anatomical parts greatly supplemented what was taught in health class. I am actually surprised how clean the stalls are there today.
