Not worth dealing with.

I attempted to order 3 - 15rd G19 mags, during checkout got a message saying one or more items could not be shipped to my address. I sent email to cust svc inquiring why and the responses were ridiculous.

They are not accurate/up to date on restrictions and appears that cust svc does not have any knowledge of product.

One email reply stated -
"I am very sorry for any confusion caused. I looked into this order and your zip code?80654 does not allow any magazines over 15 rounds, We can do a 10 round to your location.

Not going to get tangled up with an outfit displaying this sort of stupidity.

When I first discovered gun forums in the mid-90's, Botach Tactical already had the most dreadful reputation on the net.

They're just another e-tailer tapping aggregate warehouse stock. They just happen to be the worst of the worst and will sit on your order until they get enough to squeeze a discount out of a supplier and cancel the order if they don't.

Optics Planet ranks up there with Botach. Hit or miss and if it's a miss it's ugly.
