I need to be able to conceal a firearm with an IWB holster but also tuck a shirt in. This is a job requirement. Other than Cross Breed I'm not really sure what would be a quality holster for this. Suggestions would be helpful.

Look up "tuckable" holsters. There are many options.

I did, I am aware that google exists. There are a TON of options. I just didn't know what was truly a quality holster and would love if someone had one they liked that I could look into.

That looks like it would do what I want it to do. Do you have it and like it?
Assuming you use one, what is your normal IWB holster?
If you already have a holster you like they may offer a very similar one in a tuckable version.

I have a crossbreed for one of my guns but I don't use it very often. I have found that it is difficult to tuck shirts around it so I was just seeing what better options are out there. I am not the biggest fan of IWB holsters but this will be a requirement for my assignment.
FWIW, this is my favorite holster:

Same.
For what it?s worth, I?ve had the best luck from a comfort standpoint with Stealthgear holsters.

Yes, it and a LAS concealment (Ronin) are my 2 go to AIWB's. I train / instruct with them for Draw From Holster, we teach at the range, among other classes. As you practice with that style, you'd be surprised how much time you're shaving off from IWB, or OWB in the 3 o'clock ish position. Plus you actually print less than an IWB from 2-4 o'clock. Just get use to buying the next size larger waistline.
Also, simplyrugged.com holsters is working on an AIWB leather one, i'm waiting to see how that looks, as one of my co-instructors has one ordered for her VP-9 w/optic.
If you have an IWB/AIWB holster you already like:
https://www.crossbreedholsters.com/product/liberty-band/
Put the “band” on over your underwear/undershirt, at the same height as your normal belt. Put on pants and tuck in shirt over the gun. No need for a heavy gun belt but something slightly stiffer might help. The advantage with this system is you don’t have any clips showing on your outer belt. Also don’t have the issue of trying to tuck a shirt between a holster body and a clip like most “tuckable” holsters.
Crossbreed has a good belly band using a Velcro/kydex holster that you’d wear similarly.

That's another option. The product is inexpensive enough that I may just try it.

It's not bad. However try drawing from concealed, when you have to lift your strong hand that much higher. Try it with something you mockup at home, see how fast, or slow it takes you to come out of concealed, on target and press off 2 rounds. I'd say 5-8 sec, possibly more on a timer, especially if you're wearing a button up dress shirt.

To the OP,
You pays your money and takes your chances on several manufacturers and styles of IWB tuck-able holsters until you find one that checks all of your boxes. And you end up like all of us , with a box full of OK , sweat stained, BO contaminated holsters that you can’t resell because, like used underwear, no one wants to buy them.

A decent cleaning and garage sale them. Down here, used gun accessories sell very well. Had 10-12 holsters, some belts, etc that were no longer Tier 1 :) . Guy came by, asked how much for everything on the table? Said he resells at flea markets and out of the way places in NAZ. Give me $200 for everything, little haggling later, crap (OOPS) vintage gun acc are gone. I have $$ to buy some more soon to be vintage gun stuff.

Right, except for y’all on this site, a yard/garage sale in my hood consisting of mainly firearms accessories would probably net at least 3 calls to the police, and 2 of them would be 911.

Plus, most of the bangers in your neck of the woods wouldn?t even use a holster. They just stuff their piece in their waistband without a holster.
