View Full Version : Was CO's magazine limit ever challenged?

I'll admit, I'm not 100% up-to-date on lawsuits against the CO magazine ban (or, well, most shooting lawsuits admittedly), but were there any lawsuits against the CO magazine limit? Since California's was deemed unconstitutional (https://reason.com/2023/09/24/californias-10-round-magazine-limit-is-unconstitutional-a-federal-judge-rules-again/), would this set up a precedent forcing SCOTUS to look at the law?

I knew Dudley had NAGR, now he's got NFGR as well? How many gun rights orgs does he have running?

Frankly, I do not know, and I do not ask. I usually get asked in depo if I was ever a member of "xxxxx", and I am able to say no.

Another way for those involved with the organizations to enrich themselves? Looking at both orgs, many people hold positions in both. Wonder how many are volunteers.

I appreciate any headway they make in fighting for gun rights but still question whether dual motives.
