Just bought a Wyoming Sight Drifter. Essentially a small spring punch, and the version I bought has interchangeable brass and HDPE punches. It does one thing pretty well, and that is make very small adjustments to fixed sights.

It is the equivalent of a steady hand with a pin punch and a small hammer, but it is very compact and very consistent. What I like about it is that it delivers the majority of it's impulse just to the site. I can set the gun down on the bench or a shop rag, etc, and give the Sight Drifter a snap or two depending on how far I want to move it. If I don't like the change, I can flip the gun over and nudge it the other way. No need for a bench vise or fixture.

It's a lot more portable then my Wheeler sight adjustment jig, and frankly I like it better for minute changes; the Wheeler has a bit of lash and I find it great for installing a sight, but not great for making the minute final adjustments. And I like it better then me with a hammer and pin punch, because I am less likely to miss and a lot more consistent.

The dude who makes these lives in Cheyenne. When his website payment app wouldn't take my credit card, he called me up and we agreed to meet at Tres Amigos on I-25 around my schedule, which I thought was pretty nice. He seems like a decent guy, and he was carrying a 1911, which also marks him as a man of distinction and taste. Really into those Shiloh Sharp type rifles, which is not my thing, but I appreciated his enthusiasm. So I like that I am buying this from a regular dude just up the road, and not sending my money to China.
Anyways, I liked the guy, and I really like the tool, so figured I'd share.
