Are Suppressor Form 4 Approvals subject to 3-day waiting period?

If a form 4 is approved for a suppressor, does the 3-day waiting period apply after filling out the 4473 before taking said suppressor home?

Not that I am aware of, the 4473 is only filled out to pick up the suppressor, it isn't run through the system.

I had a LGS inform me that you cant take a supressor home until the three day waiting period closes after filling out the 4473.

18-12-115. Waiting period for firearms sales - background check
required - penalty - exceptions. (1) (a) IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON
WHO SELLS A FIREARM, INCLUDING A LICENSED GUN DEALER AS DEFINED IN
SECTION 18-12-506 (6), TO DELIVER THE FIREARM TO THE PURCHASER UNTIL
THE LATER IN TIME OCCURS:
(I) THREE DAYS AFTER A LICENSED GUN DEALER HAS INITIATED A

I submitted an e-form 4 through a Silencer Shop kiosk April 2, 2:40pm. Received Approved E-form April 4, 7:40am. The 3 days wait starts at that time. So I received approval in 2 days but have to wait 3 days to pick it up but because of business days I won't be able to pick it until Tuesday. Or 5 days.

It's for a silencer / individual.

That is even better than the 'free' forbearance non-stamps coming back in 4 weeks.

I bought this at DFC Guns at the East COS shop.
Anyone have some procedures advise of what I can expect?

I asked my local dealer if it applied when we were doing the e-form. When he e-mailed me that it was approved he let me know when I could pick it up. I called him to see if I had to come in to do a 4473 or any paper work to start the 3 days and he told me the form 4 approval date started the 3 day wait.
I received an e-mail notification from the ATF with a copy of the approved Form 4 the day they approved it - April 4.

Seems like my paperwork Is moving along. E-signed some docs this morning after getting an Email notification last night. Says now it is moving forward to the AFT for approval. Fingers crossed for a speedy turn around.

I did my purchase through Silencer Shop with Centennial Gun Club as my store. I was already in Silencer Shop's system so that was easy. With the short wait times there seems to be a run on suppressors and they happened to have something I wanted in stock. The longest part was actually waiting for the suppressor to get transferred to the store. Wish I had the funds for another one.

Got a call from DCF to arrange a phone conference to “Certify” my suppressor tomorrow.

Found a guy in S. Carolina that builds cans, one like this for my Browning Buckmark runs $625, and can be used on other .22's as well. Need to gather and sell a bunch of brass so I can be one of the cool kids too!

AFT Emailed my approval notification this morning and then DCF called me after lunch letting me know it was ready for pick up and I picked it up after 4pm. Just did an electronic 4473 and some paperwork on their end. Was in and out in under 20 minutes!!!

Now it’s sitting with me!!
Not a bad experience.

April 24 Gun Shop emailed Form 4 ready to Certify. By phone, Gun Shop, eForm website, and my computer were signed in together and we completed Form 4 online. Received email from eFile that Form 4 was successfully submitted.
April 26 eForms email that Form 4 was approved. Gun Shop called said 3-day waiting period starts April 27 and can pick up Suppressor Tuesday April 30 when they reopened. They are closed on Mondays.
I asked if the 3-day waiting period applied and was told that the Shop had been informed that it is a firearm transfer and the 3-day period does apply. The period starts when the Form 4 is approved.
