I sent them a message asking if they are corporate owned or if I can buy a few.

Hard pass. "the machine asks you to submit your I.D.. The scanners then make sure it’s not a fake I.D., it’s not expired and you are the legal age to purchase ammo, which is 21 or older. Once it’s verified, the machine does a facial scan to match the I.D. to the person"

Seems pretty gimmicky to me.
The owner was on the Ross Kaminsky show last week, I couldn?t listen to the whole conversation, maybe it?s on Ross? website? Sounded like a decent guy, the storage of info came up, he claimed it?s not going to happen. Interesting concept, be interesting to see what happens.
I'm guessing that the prices are failrly high and that these machines are geared for people with more moeny than brains. or people with no money and no brains and have no impulse control.
Brought to you by Bloomberg, probably. I predict a Ch 11 bankruptcy is coming soon for this.

Good call. You could charge three times as much that way.
I want to buy a machine and put in the airport.
haha, on the arrival's side, i'd expect... but hey, if you were to put it on the departure's side before security, you could team up with TSA to reclaim your sold products and sell it over and over again as it's confiscated at the security check points.

I wouldn't bother giving this any attention, it is about 120% guaranteed that Colorado will ban them at the state level now that they know they exist.

Outside the novelty of it, why? There are plenty of stores that sell ammo throughout the metro area. Maybe they will be placed in stores that are open a few more hours before and after normal gun shop hours. I understand many gun shops are not open on Sundays, but Walmart is open 6A-11P (7) days a week.
I predict a business failure. Who the hell is buying 9mm Blazer Brass for $19.50/50?! It's recently been offered on the forum for $13.00/50 rounds and doesn't sell. .40S&W Blazer Brass for $30.99/50? Squash that noise.9704797048

A blurb in the news yesterday said the CO vending machine is going in a grocery store in Buena Vista. They didn't mention which store, but there really is only 1 grocery store there. I'd prefer to go down the road a few blocks and get the ammo at the Tractor Supply and pay half the price.
Here I am wondering WTF I'm gonna do with all my handloads, where/how to store it all. "Buy" more at inflated prices? Pass.....
All the prior concern about ammunition registration / California-esq laws as well, and people think scanning your DL and getting validated face pictures is going to be kosher, because unlike having to do it at a gun counter if they get their way, you're doing it voluntarily and paying 50% more to have your data sent/hacked in unknown ways, oh and you'll probably HAVE to use a credit card so you can get the new merchant categorizations too.
I stand by my upcoming CH 11 assertion.
Sponsored by Bloomberg is a joke, but really, it seems these were designed by people that don't know a damn thing about firearm owners in general.
one thing is for sure, I won't ever be using one.
One of those things that I think, "who comes up with these ideas" 'cause it don't make sense to me.

If the prices are good I would buy some but from the looks of the prices it will be a no go for me. If some one like psa were to do this and have reasonable prices you could probably move some serious product and make a lot of money.
I heard that one is going in at Lagrees in Pueblo out in the county.

How are the vending machines working out?

Does it dispense Lapua 6BR?
Honestly, a claw machine for loose ammo would be more profitable. Swing and a miss...
