Friday at 1 PM out at the Gaylord convention complex.
Alas, tickets are sold out.
Anyone from here going to show up anyway?
We are still waiting to hear from the Hells Angels with an updated ETA.

The USSS will need to keep an eye on falling HVAC pieces.

LOL!!!
They seem to have picked the best possible location for this, fairly defensible, they can restrict access control for vehicles, establish a secure perimeter. I think Secret Service and assisting agencies will saturate the area to prevent another inept wannabe sniper from infiltrating the perimeter... only major concern would be the possibility of a skilled sniper with a long range rifle firing from outside the perimeter... or a weaponized drone. They certainly have the capability to stop an unauthorized drone approaching the stage at close range, but multiple drones would be problematic unless they hit the button on an EMP generator or something, which would fry everyone's cellphones and possibly even their cars, lol.

Cheapest room there is $527 for tonight. Looks like a nice place. Right next to the old Rocky Mountain nuclear weapons plant. I'd rather camp in a Florida swamp.

Here's down here sunday, thankfully i'll be heading to CO.
Is this the part where we all complain about what a visiting presidential candidate does to traffic or do we only do that for Democratic candidates?

They (all politicians and candidates) should all be barred from motorcades that snare traffic. These "elites" dont matter and are easily replaced.
Fly by helicopter so as to not bother or inconvenience the people that do matter.

Yup.
The two minutes it will take the motorcade to make the trip from the airport to the Gaylord is going to be a major inconvenience for about 11 people but that is 11 too many!

Is this the Kamala for El Presidente thread?
The triggering is wonderful.
Great crowd! I'd love to see a live picture the crowd from above, maybe 2500 feet or so.
As mentioned before, pretty good location. Close to the airport and 'kind of' isolated. Glad it went well, Trumps comments on Harris/ Prompter, Harris/Hurricane and Harris/everything else were well received by the crowd.
I wonder why they didn't show the videos he presented, just audio.

FWIW................... that hotel is between 3 to 10 miles away from the refuge, depending on how you want to measure it.

1.99 miles to the edge to be exact. When I was stationed at Lowry AFB, Rocky Flats was actively producing nuclear weapon components. They were closed down due to industrial hygiene issues.
I didn't realize the Trump campaign had requested military assistance due to security concerns of a threat from Iran. This is according to open sources. There was quite a contingent of military forces on standby near the rally. My attention has been focused on the hurricane.

He's probably thinking of the no longer operational RM Arsenal

The Rocky Flats plant (1952-1989) was located in north central Jefferson county. North of Arvada, west of Broomfield and south of Boulder. It produced nuclear "pits" which are triggers for bombs.
https://www.kristeniversen.com/what-is-rocky-flats
From 1952 to 1989, the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons plant produced more than 70,000 plutonium pits or “triggers” for nuclear bombs. Each pit contained enough breathable particles of plutonium to kill every person on earth.
The Rocky Mountain Arsenal (1942-1992) was located in Commerce City. It was an Army chemical weapons plant.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_Mountain_Arsenal
The Rocky Mountain Arsenal manufactured chemical weapons including mustard gas, napalm, white phosphorus, lewisite, chlorine gas, and sarin.
Both are now designated National Wildlife Refuges.

My chemistry professor's first job after getting his PhD was making nerve agent at the arsenal.
The land north of the Arsenal was deemed too contaminated to build the new airport on in 1985, due to ground water issues. This is where the Reunion development is today. They've been periodically finding sarin bomblets at the arsenal site for over 30 years as they remediate the site.

You guys obviously missed the speech yesterday. Once elected, Trump is going to implement "Operation Aurora".
Not only will he get rid of all the illegals, but he will reduce crime, make everything more affordable, and I am guessing, clean up all the contaminants from previous misdeeds.
Hang onto your hats boys, we're looking at Utopia!

I was at the rally, it was great. There were more people there than reported, I believe. People that couldn't get tickets were outside giving support.

Were there any protestors?
Westword had an article on how and where to protest.
Trump was in Prescott Valley, AZ today. Waiting to hear details.

there were a couple of AFL-CIO union members with signs, got into arguments (discussions) with Trump supporters and then later I saw some anit-Isreal people and of course Immigrant people with placards. Nothing major but I don't know if any more showed up or scuffles once the line entered the grounds of the center. I haven't heard of any on the news. All in all it was a good time.
