View Full Version : Want to make a real change? do it here
Alright guys, if you don't want to see the health care bill pass, this guy can help. Scott Brown is running in MA. votes are on tuesday, so you can still donate, be a part of history, and best of all, send off a copy of your donation to Mark LaRue and he said he will send you a special gift.
we all know LaRue is very generous, but it shouldn't take that to get you to donate...just the thought of obama accomplishing something makes me sick, especially since it will cost me far more than the little amount to donate and hopefully get Brown in and stop the dems quest for health care.
we have all been looking for the answer...here it is, happening right now.
LaRue said to donate at least $50 to get in on his deal. $2400 is the limit for those who can afford it. I sent in $50 already.
here is the link to donate:

here is Mark LaRue's address.

This is great; a higher-than-margin-of-error lead for the pro-liberty candidate! It's nice to see this in multiple polls now. If all polls widen to double digits, they won't be able to steal the election like they stole the (now) Franken and the (now) Gregoire offices/elections, like they attempted to do with the 2000 Presidential Election.
IF IT ISN'T CLOSE, THEY CAN'T SUCCESSFULLY CHEAT!!!

Massachusetts Principled Patriots must show up EN MASSE with video cameras, phone cameras that shoot video, digital cameras that shoot video clips, etc. and document every precinct, then get election workers to record the tabulation process.
If it's transparent, AND the pro-liberty candidate wins by a double-digit percentage, they won't successfully steal this election.
I pray that Massachusetts watchdogs will ensure this is a fair election!
I sure hope this guy wins!
What about the rest of the races?
http://rothenbergpoliticalreport.blogspot.com/2010/01/ma-sen-moved-to-lean-takeover.html
Specially the toss ups,and narrow advantages?
IF it was a Governors race, and IF it was going to change the draconian firearms laws in the Bay state.
It would be a lot more worth while.
IMHO,you wouldn't be donating if not for LaRue

I donated because there is a chance if this guy wins he will be the vote needed to stop the health care bill. I will forget that $50, but the taxes to haunt me and my potential children will be around for a lifetime. Why not try to put some money out there if you have the opportunity to make a real difference especially when it comes to something that is happening now which will directly affect you.
Do you really think they are going to cut costs by covering an additional 30 million americans and giving to to nebraska for free? I don't.
No I don't belive in the heathcarless crap.
Just saying there are more Rep vs dem wars out there.
I'd rather see all the Rep win.Just to chose 1 over the others is a poor choose.
They all need support.
Personally I think you're after more LaRue freebies, not about fighting the war.

you are free to believe that, but this election is tuesday, which means he could be seated shortly after as long as he wins and he will be able to cast a vote in the senate. MA has been held for the last 50+ years or so by the dems, this is a HUGE change in the tides. dems are spending 2 to 1 what the republicans and still losing. that means a lot and this guy needs all the help/funds he can.
so if you don't want to donate fine, but don't accuse me of doing this for a few "goodies". I sent $50 of my hard earned money to "fight the war" against the dems and to fight off health care and block obama from getting anything done.
How much have you sent? Prove you are part of helping fight the war instead of making accusations and doing nothing...

Even if someone only donates because of the LaRue freebies at least it gets that person involved and hopefully thinking about political issues. Maybe that person will donate to another casue that they see is important in the future. Granted I am sure there are many that will only donate the one time but there might be a few that it influences. I give big props to Mark LaRue for getting people involved, period.
How is your employer "legally required information?"

It is also a vendetta LaRue has with Dick Swan (ARMS mounts) who donated $1000 to Coakley. Seeing Swan lose business as well as lose his money to a political candidate during the shotshow when LaRue has to walk clear around a pile of broken ARMS mounts to give Swan a stare down is a big bonus for him.
I didn't say I would not donate,I did.
But I don't need any freebies to fight the war on dems.

I don't need any freebies either - but Kudos to LaRue for doing it. Putting HIS money where the fight is.
And yes, the fight is everyday, all day.
I donate to who I can, when I can.
Sure, it might only be $10.00 - but like sniper7 said:
I will forget that $50, but the taxes to haunt me and my potential children will be around for a lifetime.

then why question my motives? my money still went to Brown, still is being used against coakley and still used in hopes the seat will be taken to block health care.
Maybe take another course instead of attacking those who are fighting the same fight.
How is your employer "legally required information?"
not sure but i will take a wild guess it has something to do with keeping the limit of max contribution amount.
I just hope it doesn't bite me in the ass when the Third Reich has that on record and will no longer approve my family business for small business loans one week, then burns down my place in the middle of the night the next week.

I could not have put it more eloquently, Stuart.
Okay good. I read the sarcasm post and wasn't sure how to take it.
Sniper, thanks for posting this link, but you need to be less defensive. I donated and didn't take the time to research this guy at all. I spent my money based on your word alone and that takes a lot of trust for someone I've never even met. You answer those questions and answer them well. I want to know that I was correct in trusting you and spending what little money I have on this.
EDIT: And don't get mad at my high requirement of you. I also sent a text of "Haiti" to 90999 to donate $10 to Red Cross. I sent an email to Michelle Obama telling her the same thing. ;)
I did do a little research on line before sending my text donation though.

Well if you feel that strongly about it, you can always send your gift this way. [Tooth]

…It’s good to remember that the states created the federal government and not the other way around. As Obama Care becomes closer to reality, we in Colorado have the right to say “No.” This is a chance for freedom loving people from across the state to come together and send the Colorado General assembly a simple message: Defend Colorado against Obama Care in the legislature, or we the people will do it at the ballot…

I just don't like being questioned when i gave $50 of my money to a candidate in order to potentially stop the health care bill from passing. as far as I can see this is pretty close to our only hope. The dems want it passed now because they know they can't hold on for much longer.
the beauty of the democrat party is they are so incredibly stuck up, high on themselves they fight and bicker amongst each other to the near point of self destruction. they know this as well and it is only a matter of time before the whole thing falls apart. that is why it has been slopped together the way it has and Reid has given all kinds of incentives to anyone who even thinks about voting against the bill.

you do know how long a ballot initiative takes to even get to the floor, let alone pass with our current set of legislators. besides, you will more than likely be nailed with a federal tax to pay for all the other states obama care while we are getting nothing paying for it.
Brown is the best chance we have got right now as far as I can see. If obama care is stopped in its tracks and shot down completely there would be no need to limit it in the colorado constitution, saving our state funds for something that would be more beneficial...like no CBI check for CCW permit holders or follow suit with TN and MT with states right to sell firearms and silencers to its citizens without the need for federal involvement because there is no instate at that point.
It is best to cut the head off the snake from the beginning instead of working your way up from the tail risking being bit. (my quote.)

pretty good predictions for what could happen if brown wins or if coakley wins.

Good for you Sniper7! I'm with you. Its better to be proactive than reactive. A win in MA could be a win for all.

I was considering texting for the Haiti thing but wasn't sure how much of it can be trusted...what research did you come up with?
Also, would any type of government employee restrict me from donating to the republican in MA?
I'm pretty sure texting Haiti to 90999 goes to the Red Cross and is pretty legit. They've already raised $10 million with I think is pretty damn impressive. I wish I could come up with a catchy ring tone so suckers would pay to down load it though.
Also, would any type of government employee restrict me from donating to the republican in MA?
not sure how that works. might be a good question to ask on ar15.com
"...MA. votes are on tuesday..."
Eager to track the results this evening. Regardless of the outcome a message has been sent to the current administration...and by a MA constituency nonetheless (I’m still taken aback by this sequence and pace of events).

watching fox news now. polls are closed, just need to find out what the tallies are. the coakley campain is already saying people walked in ahead of time with brown written on their ballots...5 of them...I repeat 5 of them!!

Coakley has called Brown to concede. With 84 percent of precincts reporting, returns show Brown leading Coakley 52-47 percent.
5 of what? Ballots?
yeah it was on fox news earlier today.

Don't vest too much in this Brown guy just yet. I do believe that he will keep his promise to block cloture on the health care bill conference report thereby killing it. I hope he stays the course on opposing cap-n-tax too.
On other issues like AWB-II, ANWR drilling, deficit spending, earmarks, etc., it will take a bit of time to tell if he's a stand-up guy or another RINO in the vein of McCain, Snowe, Collins, Voinavich, Gregg or that traitorous douche bag Specter.
