Been without power since roughly 9:30 last night, Xcel says power will be back around 10p, put my milk and insulin in the cooler, have about 2ft. This summer I?m buying g a snowblower-even if I use it once it will be worth it. Lost two limbs off a small tree, in my travels this morning I’ve seen lots of downed big limbs and scattered outages. Yeah I know, first world problems lol.

Weirdly, but not out of norm for CO, to the north, Dacono to Greeley, my daily commute and life barely anything. 6-8" over 2 days, mostly wet.

Friends in south and east of the Metro such as yourself got hammered with snow.

Sucks you lost power :(

The heavy wet snow must have knocked things down as you said. Stay safe and warm everyone.

About 2 feet in Monument

No power. Truck stuck in the yard & street. Neighbor helped by pulling my stuck 4X4 with my other 4X4. Now it will be a mudhole. Woodstove heat kept me warm. Rural living is such a blessing.

About 2 feet east of castle rock, luckily no power outage.

A little more than half a Beagle by Cherry Creek.

About a dozen limbs down in the area. No power loss.

Twelve inches of wet heavy out here. A little surprising since we are north side of storm.

DOT did a shit job on the front end of storm. They lost I70 east of metro six hours into the storm.

If you're unarmed, you are a victim.

I got back from the western slope Wednesday evening in time to plow 15" of snow from the driveway. We got another 4" on Friday, and 4" this morning. After hunting elk on foot for 9 days in 14-18" of snow, I'm tired of winter already. This morning was the 3rd season opener and I'm hunting buck deer in area 20. All the back roads are difficult to impossible. It makes no sense to chain up just to go farther up the forest service roads in 2 feet of snow. It would be nice if it melted down before the end of week but I'm not optimistic.

That was a workout for my tractor and 3pt snowblower. Tractor needs about another 10hp to handle a load like that. Finally got it done. Tractor was getting hot enough I had to give it a rest a few times.
But it is moisture so hard to complain

Over a foot of wet mush here west of Boulder. Power was out for about for 18 hours. It's good to have 240V generator and a transfer switch. Our low-hour 1999 6250/5000W Generac handles most of the household needs with just a bit of load management at the breaker panel.

6" Monday, 12" Wednesday, 6" Friday. Didn't lose power which is a good thing since the generator is still down. Answering my own question, control board appears to have been unjoyful (10 years old). Waiting for a replacement and the joy of a $2000 bill. But happy wife so whatever.

I was out with my son as he took his kids sledding this afternoon. At 4 one of my neighbors texted to tell me the power was back on. Came back to a toasty house. My chain saw is electric so tomorrow I can attack the limbs-no, won’t loan it or ask to borrow another one lol.

46 and sunny here but a high wind day took out a transformer. Utility crew was here in about 25 minutes in my driveway and back to normal in under an hour.

Today should be the day to get out for a bit. This was the first time the full bed of my truck was full of
snow. I did notice it was handling a bit better with extra weigh in 4x4 mode.

I did have the lights flicker a few times; but that was about it. About almost zero people at work due to
the bad weather.

Just moved to Little Rock Saw you all were getting pounded. 65-70 degrees here, nice rain for a couple days.

I left Thursday morning to Phoenix. Wisely chose the I70 to Moab to Flagstaff route over the normal I25-I40 route. After Georgetown the snow was done and sunny skies west of the tunnel.

It's chilly in Phoenix 60s but sunny. Coming back Monday so I hope the roads are good by then in the normal route thru Albuquerque.

Interstate 25 should be good now. Friday every major road east and south of the front range was closed.

I was coming back from Kansas and got stuck in Burlington for a couple days but I was towing my camper so it worked out ok. Made it back Saturday once they opened everything back up finally.

We ended up with about 46? of heavy wet snow. During the storm we got 2 4x4s stuck, plus the 4x4 tractor. Between yesterday and today, I got the skid out and dug them out. I plowed about 6 miles of road today getting the neighbors out. I?m not sure why the county decided to skip our canyon this time. 97663

Well, here in AZ, it got in the 30s. No show or rain. A whole lot of panic from the CA squad but they always lose their minds.
Waiting for snowpocolips. Hopefully the CAs will stay home with there Prius'.

I was out teaching a gun class in that balmy morning weather. Like Co as the day went on, it climbed to the mid 70's. I'm sure we'll see some, come Jan.

Up the road in paulden it was 13*

Six more years until retirement. We are looking around Lake Corpus Christi. Close enough to the coast for ocean fishing.

Ive got a 2 acre lake out back and lake fork is 15 minutes away right now. Not too many hurricane issues up here.
