Would you put it past the White House cabal to help Joe self administer hospice morphine so that Kamala would indeed become president? There are 30 days left.

Honestly, it seems as if neither Joe nor Kamala have been running anything the past 4 years. His only function seemed to be signing papers he didn't even read, then attempt to read a few lines from a teleprompter on occasion.
He died several years ago.................. No need to worry.

Interesting take. On the other hand it would elevate Harris to a presidential level when she deserves none of it. She would graduate from an affirmative action hire and the DEI candidate who lost, to the next obligatory Dem contender to run for president.

Even better. If they had ran a primary or ran literally anybody else, they probably would have defeated Trump.
She had atrocious primary support in the past and there's a lot of angst against her even inside their own party. It would be great if she ran again, instead of Polis, Newsom, or any other candidate that would have much higher chance of getting elected.

Last week, Dan Caplis and his guest related stories of Polis's psychotic screaming at citizen groups, reporters and staff when confronted with questions or statements that opposed Polis's policy, including the continued wolf introduction. They described him as arrogant and wildly angry. It's a side of Polis that I haven't seen, but we don't watch television news, etc. We can only hope that videos of these outbursts surface if Polis should make it into the running for president.

I still have not gotten an answer to which one wears the wolf costume. But, in actuality, they probably both do.

A criminal act in itself, Biden's pardons are an affront to our nations values of justice, fairness, and all the thousands of victims of those crimes. Biden's act is one of burning the country before being hanged in the annals of history.

Amen to that. It’s a terrible injustice and slap in the face of thousands of good people, each of whom deserve better. As has been said many times, FJB (and the horse/whores, he rode in on!)

I would prefer the power of pardoning to be eliminated or severely limited at all levels of government.
If it can't be eliminated, limit it to a 3 month period ending 3 weeks before the election. Eliminate the power for pardoning family members. Require a case to go through the USSC or state Supreme Court before a pardon could be issued, let the legal system work before its sabotaged by the executive. And allow the legislative branch to overturn a pardon with 75%.
Pardon should not be political theater or buying votes on inconsequential cases. No more virtue signaling when pardoning cases that have served thier penalty.
And on the above comment of biden becoming a woman? Physically impossible. Mental illness, drugs nor cosmetic surgery can change your DNA. A man will always be a man and a woman will always be a woman.

Folks, there are cases where a pardon is absolutely appropriate because the legal system doesn't work. There are hundreds of cases where a "convicted" murderer has been proven to be innocent without any doubt whatsoever (DNA, testimony of original witnesses admit they were paid by DA, etc. etc.) and yet they still rot inside of a prison cell for years.
I do agree that it should be prohibited to pardon family members, yourself, and - I think a key factor - "Quid pro Quo" pardons, which is what most of these are, white collar and judges have $ to give away. Falsely imprisoned suspects do not.
