The perp is an older (graying hair and beard) male with what I would describe as a medium dark complexion.

But I also have zero doubt there is airborne tech far beyond anything that is public knowledge. The SR-71 was developed in the 60's. The X-43 was developed in the early 2000's (and was useless except for breaking the speed record). There have been no significant record breaking advancements or major shifts in tech since.

If everyone like him was actually being followed by the gov for their "knowledge" of "top secret stuff", 100% of the country would be employed as g-men.
