Anyone has a 50 BMG suppressor?

I have been toying with the idea of suppressing my Barrett 99.

The muzzle blast from the brake takes all the fun out of it (I must be getting old).

Now that I have a place to shoot it and (maybe) the means to buy a can, I would like to give it a try.
Last can I bought took 3 days to get an approval so the timing may be right.

BUT, according to some videos out there, the increased recoil may be a little too much for my bad shoulder.

Unfortunately it is not really something that one can go and try out at your LGS...

Does any of you fine folks own a suppressed 50 BMG that I could try out (ammo is on me, of course)?

One of the guys in a group that I am part of has an Armalite AR-50 and the AWC Turbodyne. It does a good job of taming the report, but the felt recoil is higher with the can than with the factory brake.

Having never shot a Barrett 99, I don't know how the Barrett brake compares, but I have heard in the past that the AR-50 brake is more effective than most other .50BMG brakes, so the increase in recoil on the 99 might be less.
