Probably just the building. Wonder if they saw a drop in revenue with the Gallery range being close.

This is for the best if this place closes. This establishment was used for the lets talk guns commercials.

The building is for sale. Their business is doing just dandy and they have continually made good $$$. The Gallery didn’t affect them at all. Do ya think Polis and his new bullshit laws had anything to do with the decision? That was sarcasm by the way. When it becomes a pain in the ass to do business as usual, it’s time to move on, or suffer the bullshit. Looks like they chose to move on.

I read this 6 times and still don't understand what you're trying to get across. Maybe it's just me 🫨

I guess I can make it more clear, LOL! They are not selling because business was bad or they were not making money. I know that as fact. Part of the decision to sell the bldg and close the business is due to Polis and the new CO laws he has put in place that makes the business a big pain in the ass. Get out while the $$ was good and the business was fun.

They're still selling Annual Memberships on their website...no mention of going out of business.

Isn't that always the risk of buying any long-term membership? Open today, closed tomorrow. In the case of bankrupt businesses, "Get in line with the rest of the creditors."

It may take a year or more for the building to sell, so it's smart to keep selling them. However, buyer beware. Also, maybe the new owners of the building will keep it as a shooting range and honor the memberships. Who knows.

It?s not the best time to be selling commercial property, but you never know.

They're not the only ffl's in CO seeking greener pastures.

FWIW spoke to the owner while I was in Bristlecone today. According to the owner, the business itself is not/was not for sale. Owners were exploring selling the building which they own, with a lease back agreement.
