View Full Version : Feds Warn of New Al-Qaida Plot in Memo; Loomer Claims 'Horrific' Multicity Attacks Coming

As we fight with each other, it seems our cast of villains might be planning something:

https://www.newsmax.com/us/al-qaida-yemen-national-counterterrorism-center/2025/09/20/id/1227164/

The National Counterterrorism Center issued a sobering memo Friday warning that U.S.-designated terrorist group al-Qaida and its Yemen-based affiliate, al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, remain intent on striking America.

While the memo underscored a general threat environment, conservative activist and journalist Laura Loomer issued far more dire warnings Friday night on X, claiming that al-Qaida cells have already infiltrated U.S. soil and are planning coordinated, multicity attacks.

"Sources tell me tonight that the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) has officially determined that Islamic terrorists affiliated with Al Qaeda have infiltrated U.S. soil and are actively planning a series of coordinated Islamic terror attacks," Loomer wrote.

"This marks the first time federal counterterrorism officials have openly acknowledged the immediacy of such threats," she added.

According to Loomer, terrorists are preparing to impersonate first responders by purchasing police and EMT uniforms from surplus stores and online vendors.

She said the aim is to blend in during attacks, redirect panicked crowds, and launch secondary strikes.

More chillingly, Loomer reported that hospitals and medical facilities in major cities ? including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, and Miami ? have been scouted.

Terrorists allegedly intend to cripple trauma centers and emergency rooms, preventing treatment of the wounded and compounding casualties, she said.

One Department of Homeland Security source, she wrote, described the potential scenario as "horrific beyond comprehension."

The surveillance and scouting of hospitals in both major and "secondary" cities (smaller cities like Colorado Springs vs the major cities like you've listed) has been known for at least 6 months (pretty sure we discussed it here some time ago). Word is that authorities are aware that this activity and that these terrorist agents have even taken jobs as security and janitorial positions at hospitals so they'll be in place when the attacks begin. The idea, it seems, is to launch secondary/tertiary attacks at these care facilities to ensure a greater loss of life.

On a related note, I recently watch an Anonymous video where the Guy Fawkes-masked presenter (likely AI generated) makes the claim that there are multi-city attacks on the near horizon - BUT -- while never identifying WHO is actually behind them, claims that we will be led to believe that they are the acts of one particular group (never stated as Islamists, but the picture is painted clearly) but that this is not the case. The claimed purpose of this is to send us back into a full-blown war overseas (and, "unintended consequences" [read: fully intentional], to implement further restrictions on our freedoms in the name of "security").

If you find this last point a bit far-fetched as "our government would never do that", I remind you that the more facts/information that comes out about 9/11 and other events that've occurred here in the U.S. is raising more and more unanswered questions.

For the sake of public record: I'm quite happy and (mostly) healthy, and have ZERO desire to harm myself or others. I feel safe at home and while I'm out and about I take extra precautions to be safe.

Bring it on Al-Qaida. They are losers.

If they use small drones it could cause mayhem. Is a 12ga with birdshot effective?

I see these Russian soldiers being slaughtered by a drone with explosive. I keep thinking if they had a goose gun they could shoot it down.

I have what I affectionately call a "larcenous mind", meaning I can think like a bad guy. This served me quite well when I was on an Active Duty OPFOR (Opposing Forces) team. I ask that you join me in this mindset for a minute.

If you wanted to wreak the greatest impact for a terrorist event... If you are an Islamist (or want someone to think that's who you are), who/what do you hate the most? Jews, Christians and American values; right?

Tomorrow is the internationally televised memorial service at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ (plus many others around the nation). Thousands of Christians and Patriots, along with lots of high-ranking dignitaries will be present. If you were planning a terrorist attack with great impact, wouldn't this target be your peach? So too, wouldn't churches and synagogues; particularly this weekend?

From a safety perspective, I'd recommend avoiding large gathering locations and to watch these events from the safety of your home.

Just sayin.

This weekend and tomorrow's event are definitely potential places. Having useful idiots from orgs like ANTIF-freak, who could be leveraged to join in and that's a receipt for a real shirtshow...

Yeah I was going to say they said this exact same thing about 4 months ago. But the only two reporting it is Looner and newsman. Seems like the kind of thing they would want people to know?

You're both correct. But my publicly available sources indicate that there is definitely a lot of chatter in recent days indicating something is brewing for the near-term. This is where the OP's reporting stemmed from. Hopefully they're wrong about the analysis.

There are always signs of a attack. I find it interesting that ADS-B towers have been added to Colorado. One west of COS and one west of the metro. These towers are fairly rare. Usually I see them around Jackson WY and offshore of DC.

Ok, Well, thanks for the warning.
I'll take this as the same as the monthly warning of the EBS.

Possibly part of the big FAA refresh?

I watch the air traffic around here when they buzz my house. One night I had a drone being escorted by an Apache fly right by the house. I figure the towers are making sure military traffic does not collide with general aviation. Not all military flights use ADS-B when patrolling for security reasons.

For some strange reason my computer crashed right after I screenshotted the flight! It had never done that before...the computer just turned itself off.

A drone escorted by an Apache, that's a trip. PC shutdown, coincidence? Seems strange... Some interesting air activity for sure. Drones have changed warfare tactics.

Yup. Looney Loomer can tell me the sky is blue and I wouldn’t believe her.

Quite a few alarmist folks on social media. In a time in human history when we have access to more information than ever, it's hard to trust ANY source. AI cyber attacks will increase dramatically, and deep fakes will become the norm. Crazy times...

Looney Loomer, that's solid.

ADS-B towers aren’t new or rare — the FAA finished the national network back in 2014.

I also agree that Loomer deals more in theatrics than facts — accuracy isn’t really her strong suit.

I'd wondered if Hegseth was calling all general/flag officers back due to this, but probably more about their ignoring his policies around DEI, gender, etc.
