Transfers in North Metro area

Wanted to ask if anyone had any recommendations for an FFL in the north part of town (Broomfield, Thornton etc.) who does private transfers at a REASONABLE price. Places I have called are quoting me $60 to $100 for one. I think that's a little much.

It's not North Metro but Ark Tactical will do them for $10(plus CBI fee I believe) if you make an appointment at least 24 hrs prior. Called and confirmed it this morning.

From their site:

"Ark Tactical provides pre-paid appointments for private transfers at $10 for the first firearm. Due to increased costs, additional firearms will be $25 per serial number. We do not offer same-day appointments. Appointments must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Appointments are available, on the hour, Tuesday through Friday from 10AM - 4PM, and Saturday from 10 AM - 3 PM. To schedule an appointment, call 303-955-4800"
