I agree. This is not the conspiracy forum. BTW I have no clue what I am about to undertake here but I guess we will see how it goes.

I could not find any mil-spec, precision machined, aircraft grade tinfoil so I had to use a copper pot.

BTW.... I want to thank Marlin for this forum. And for those that give a S#it I grew up in a time when being without power and not being able to go anywhere for 2-30 days was normal.

We always had heat. We always had light and we always had food. After I got out of the Army in 92 I started thinking about how it "used to be" I would see the power go out and after 8 hours the neighbors were going nuts.

That, coupled with the fact that I believe in being able to handle the "small stuff" as I call it led me down the path. I saw first hand how the "just in time" system works in modern America. I saw how a small problem became a big one for normal folks.

My goal in all this is not to make one a knife in the teeth/bag on the back survivalist. My goal is to make you aware that you are the one responsible for yourself. if the power company shuts down tomorrow or if King Soopers has no food that you will make it through unscathed.

Just some thoughts. Stay tuned.
