21-22 Aug 2010, Ben Lomand Gun Club. 10 stages and chrono. Having designed most of the stages, I can honestly say they will be challanging (and you will hate me for at least one of them by the end of the weekend).
I'll post apps as soon as they are made.
What if we already hate you??? [Tooth]

Well, hating the artist and hating the art are different. I would imagine some of the hate for the artist bleeds over, but lets face it, my stages are awesome and hard to hate. I mean really, who DOESN'T like shooting half targets with a no-shoot on it at 25 yds?
I was planning on shooting the match right up until the date change. Maybe test drive that target array at the next HPPS match?
Let Charlie pick the classifier...
I am just giving you a hard time. I am sure all of the stages are going to be fun and challenging, which is exactly how they should be.
You know me, I will shoot whatever is setup. The Big Panda does not discriminate when it comes to blasting targets, even if its the wrong ones

I'm sorry to hear that. We struggled with the date change a lot. There were multiple episodes of drama involved. It wouldn't have changed, but there was huge conflicts with the NM Desert Classic and then Area 1 the weekend afterwards. We are trying to accomidate a large shooting group here, and it ultimately was the lesser impact of two difficult choices.
Never fear though. I have lots of stages in the pipeline for local matches including more than a few we decided to not use in the Mile-Hi match. They were just too evil. Ever seen 5 moving targets on one stage? In four different locations and activated by 4 different activators? I have [Tooth]. I named it Big Evil.

Only if it's a Virginia Count classifier, he really sucks at counting shots.
Big Evil...
great..just great.

Let Charlie pick the classifier... No fricken way, dude. Not after the WP catASStrophy.
What about the idea of running an optional chronograph at a couple of the local matches. Maybe charge a couple of bucks a run (going to the host club) so the shooters can figure out if they're legal before the big show.

I'll run it by by cohorts in crime.
Regardless of the results, I have my chrono in the back of my truck and bring it to every match. Just grab me at a hpps match and I can set it up after tear-down for you.
Great. We'll do it at HPPS.

This match is coming up soon. We still have some slots left, so it's not too late to send in your application to shoot the match.
Props are accumulating, devices with evil intent are being constructed, and mystical wonders never seen before in the local area are being arranged for shooters to laugh and cry about.
I suspect those already signed up will be receiving an email from our CPA-guru within the next week or so. Stages and squadding can be seen at www.hpps.org (http://www.hpps.org). Just click on the Match Schedule option in the left menu and it will take you to the links for the info.
