Had a question? I have a form 4 lower instead of a form 1 so can I still put diff. Barrel length uppers on this lower or I can't because it has a specific barrel length on the form?

I think you can still use different barrel lengths, as long as you keep the original upper with the barrel length that is registered.

You can make temporary changes in configuration without restriction. If you ever PERMANENTLY change the configuration (e.g. sell of the listed-length upper), then ATF wants you to send them a letter to update the "permanent" configuration in the registry.

Thanks for the help you guys BUT I have another question. I got my stamps by creating an LLC. I read on another thread to keep in good standing with the state I have to do 2 things. The annual report I understand but do I have to file the schedule c tax thing? Even if I have not made or lost any money and this LLC was only created so I can acquire these items? If I do have to file this how much does this cost? Thanks again

I believe you do have to file yearly tax returns, even if no tax is owed, as part of the paperwork overhead of maintaining an active LLC. It doesn't cost anything to file a tax return... just get and fill out the forms and send them in.

If you haven't filed for previous years, you can request the appropriate year's forms from the IRS (fed) and Colorado DOR (state), fill them out, and submit them.

If no tax is owed, then there is no penalty for late filing.
