Okay, I know there are some differences. Google-fu worked up to that point.

Question is, Which one does hte Glock .357's use?

It's my understanding that the .357 Sig was made for semi-auto pistols while the Magnum is more for wheel guns....

but are they interechangeable?

The .357 Sig is a rimless case based on the .40 S&W(necked down), which in turn is based on the 10MM auto. The .357 Magnum is a rimmed case based on the .38 Special, which in turn is based on the .38 S&W Russian. The two cases bear no resemblance to each other.

The Glocks (and most other auto pistols) would use the .357 Sig.

Supposedly they are both close in terms of ballistics, stopping power, etc though right?

Just wondering if a .357 would be a good collection to my pistols...

I was just looking in my midway catalog that arrived last night. .357 mag can throw a 125gr bullet at like 1700 fps and .357 sig can do the same grain at like 1400 fps. I think. I'll have to check again when I get home. I'd suggest going to a specific bullet manufacturer's site and checking what they sell, then check a different company. This will give you a ball park feel for what is out there.

.357 SIG is the best pistol cartridge IMO. It has the power of a .45 ACP, case size of a .40, and a bullet size of 9mm. Very high velocity cartridge. I like to think of it as ideal in a large "assault pistol" type (like an HK Mark 23), and .45 ideal in a compact 4" sidearm (back up to a carbine/battle rifle).

Not a lot of difference, although the .357 Mag has a slight edge in velocity/energy at the muzzle:

Blue Lines represent .357 Mag, Red is .357 Sig

Keep in mind that is only one manufacturer as well. Some have hotter loads than others.

.357 Sig is a good load but can be hard to find factory ammo if needed.

Do you think that's why most people prefer the .45 as a carry weapon?

Thats why I do![Beer]
my buddy has a .357 sig, it's fun to shoot and powerful, but we can hardly find ammo for it... especially at a reasonable price.

But I have a 10mm I love, and carry in the woods... which can be hard to find ammo for a times.

No, they aren't interchangeable. When it comes to matching the performance of the magnum, the sig is a bit of a one trick pony. The 125gr loads are about the only to come close to magnum power levels, anything heavier just doesn't come close. If you want a powerful Glock, get a 20 or 29.
