That's a great picture but what is it?
Looks like a stand/cleaning kit?
Nice!

Well that does look nice, I thought we were looking at the rifle...
I feel dumb!

You might be right.
I was just taking a guess?

My wife of 21 years and I usually don't celebrate most of the Hallmark card relationship holidays. Which means that I got diddly, which I'm okay with.
She had to work today and was out before I got up. She did leave me a note which ended with "Happy Valentines Day". So, since it's been so long since I got her any flowers, I knew that today needed to be the day.
I really hate giving a woman flowers when they are expecting them. Since we haven't celebrated V-Day for several years, I knew that (of all days) today she would NOT be expecting anything.
I stopped by my old stand-by florist who was thankfully open and still had roses. I got her an arranged mix of red roses and white carnations and delivered it to her at work with her favorite Starbuck Caramel Frappaccino. She was floored - very thrilled.
I also made dinner tonight (Chicken fried steak, gravy, Mashed potatoes - all from scratch, then Broccoli in a 3 chesse sauce from a frozen-food package).
I won some points which means I'll stay out of the doghouse for another couple of days.
Yeah just the kit no rifle. Been needin a new cleaning kit for awhile just havnt had time to get one.
I got her new pots and pans [Help]

My father in law passed away 10 years ago on V-day, therefore we do not celebrate it

Practical gifts? And something for the home versus a personal gift? Oh boy are you in trouble. You have much to learn about gifts young apprentice!
Am also sorry to hear about the passing. My grand mother just passed on friday. First person to leave that I was close to. They are in much better places now.
Liter note, I ended up having to get her a new jacket along with the cookware.[Bang]
I have learned a valuable staement after proposing, "whatever makes you happy dear"[BooHoo]
I was hoping to wake up to a new woman,, but alas I am still stuck with the old one.

Very sorry to hear about your grandmother. I was closest to my first grandmother that passed away. She taught me a lot and really believed in me. Very special person. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
Smart move on the jacket!
