I am looking at getting these for my compact m&p.
Anyone seen these anywhere for under $240?
Anyone hear bad things about them, i have not.

not sure where to find the best price on them, but I have heard they are great! I have shot a couple guns with them and thought they were excellent!
I definitely like the laser part of it since it puts extra fear into a criminal, plus you get the cool factor at the range.

My biggest reason for using Crimson Trace is that, at the level that I am proficient with handguns, I will always know 100% where that bullet is going to go. Should I forget to achieve a proper sight picture, I still know where I'm going to hit, which is one of the most important things in a self defense situation.

It is also useful in training myself for proper trigger control. Put the laser sight on a specific point on the wall, and work the trigger. Believe me, it will show what your doing wrong!

I dont know if ebay allows them to be sold there anymore or not, but my friend wanted some for his M9 and got them off ebay for $125. its like anything else, you will buy them for full price and then find them on sale the next day lol.

I don't know where to get them that low, but I have a set installed on my 92F and they work flawless.

I have a set on my officers 1911 and they work great for about 10 rounds, then the residue from the burnt powder builds up on the lens and I don't get a pinpoint until I clean it.

Please, that only happens with an officer's model, not a full size!

Polished Turd Care

To spruce up your polished turds, take a soft cloth like one you’d use for polishing silver. Put a drop of mineral oil on the cloth and buff your turd until it shines.

There's a wealth of information available to polish turds...so change your sig and go buy a 1911.

Please keep your bias and bashing to yourself. Don't we have rules here about this?

Ah man, and I was just about to reply to sabot's post with: "Well, I have a 1911, and I had your sister in a whorehouse to. I enjoy both."

But, I won't say that 'cuz of rondog's post.

I'm not trying to bash anyone or anything. I'm simply poking a little fun about 1911's. I guess I'm hurting peoples feelings.[Poke]

I wasn't gonna bash sabot's HiPoint because of this either.

But my 1911 beats up his HiPoint![ROFL1]

I'm betting the price of a real 1911 is another reason why you don't own one as well. [Swim]

Actually, I have nothing against 1911's. They just don't feel right in my hand so I choose not to own one. It might be the case that I haven't operated one long enough to get comfortable with them. But the ones that I shot did not feel right.

I installed a set on my Glock. I love them and they work great.

What about the grip lasers vs. the guide rod lasers? I like the idea of keeping the laser in the gun without any extra snags.

Maybe they should just put tiny disposable lasers in the middle of a hollow point round. Being chambered completes the circuit and turns it on or something. ;)

.22lr need not apply.

Guess what showed up today with the mailman, my CT grips.
These things are sweet, hope they are as fun shooting with as they are playing in the house.

They even have some stupid stickers to put on my gun to say danger laser etc..
Now if im pointing a loaded gun at you, the last of your worries should be, will that laser hurt my eyes.
Damn funny.
