If you're in the Greeley area and available for lunch on Friday, 2/27 post here or PM me for some details. It will be Mexican food and myself and a couple other pro gun peeps and the place we'll be attending is a little ma and pa taco locker that has been around for quite some time but since he doesn't have money for advertising he's not very busy but MAN is the food great! I know if I lived in Greeley I would eat there at least once a day.[Beer]

Judging by your trunk junkage, you'd eat there more than once a day.

The place is called Hope Mexican Restaurant. It used to be called El Rodeo and at one time years ago it was El Taco. The guy that owns it is a little old Mexican dude and he generally cooks and does it all himself. I don't want to sell it too high but it's amazing food. Here's the address:

1029 9th Street
Greeley, CO 80631-1106
(970) 378-4894

If you go Google map it and have your eyes peeled because it's a brown brick building with a neon sign that says 'Cafe' and if you blink, you'll miss it. When you go you MUST order at least one of the following:

Taco - Al Pastor w/onions and cliantro
Side of smother sauce - Hot if you like spicy and I think he has medium/mild versions too

Go now and go often. I'm always talking to him about ways to advertise for cheap or free but he's not to tech savvy and doesn't have money to invest on advertising. He makes the bulk of his money on breakfast burritos and I think he's begun closing around 6:00pm for the winter months so call ahead and make sure he'll be open before you go as some days he's closed entirely since he's a one-man show. If he's open though it's well worth it. If you like it be sure to take your friends and tell people you know about it too as he's a good guy and I'd like to see this place do well.

Man, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

Since were on good mexican food, try Las Palmeras in Longmont on 287 just N of 119, great food and dirt cheap!
