Hello guys.
I am putting iron sights on my flat top.
My range is only 25 yds.
If I zero @ 25yds what will be my other zero be?
Or, in order to get a 100 yds. zero, what should my POI be at 25 yds?
Thanks guys, I am sure I could eventually figure it out on my own but it would kill half of my brain cells...[Bang]
are you going to use a detachable carry handle or a fixed elevation type backup sight?

Backup elevation adjustable
If you are on at 25 you will be about 1.5 high at 100. All depends on the sight length (not sure that is the right term but the distance between sights).
Check this tread below, good info. I did this with my A2 and have been happy. Regardless, the balistic table will answer your question then you need to confirm on the range.

It's a little more complicated than that. You have take in consideration what bullet weight, powder behind the bullet, length and twist of barrel. At 25yards the points mute, but at 300 yards It could be the difference from a body shot or shooting at someone's feet.

Are you going to be shooting handloads, factory, or surplus ammo? If you're shooting handloads, you can go to http://www.jbmballistics.com/calculations/calculations.shtml and use the simplified trajectory function to see what you have with your load. You can use that to see what differences there are if you have more than one load you use. With factory or surplus, you'll need to go to the range and work on it. However, if you use an M-16 sight in target you should be close. There's one here http://www.lawofficer.com/Images/100yardzerotarget_tcm22-158738.pdf that isn't military but should work fine, maybe even better than the military one.

With a 14.5 barrel, Federal XM193 55 grain factory loads and a zero of ~2.5 inches low at 25 yards will get you POA/POI at 100. Other variations in configuration will be close to this too.

Agreed, my team would zero 2.5 to 3 in low with irons and eo's to get a 100m poa/poi with 62gr green tip out of both our 14.5's and 11's at 100 m the difference is only +/- an inch or so.
