It had to be somebody. [Tooth] This tool sounds like it should work. I havent used one or even heard of it before now though. I would be interested to hear from someone with experience also.

So it squashes the loaded bullet down and reforms it to make it more uniform? What about the base?

Three or four bullets at a time... hmmm could get time consuming...

less time consuming than loading up target rounds on the press for centerfire.

From what I understand, the bore on rimfire rifles can range from .222-.226. There is also from what I understand some slight variances in lead diameter. The tool is supposed to reshape the lead to match your bore. Hence accuracy?
Sounds logical and Paco Kelly is reputable.

You know that most rifles fall with in ANSI/SAAMI Standards
22 Long Rifle match bore.217(5.51) and Grove dia .222(5.56)
22 Long Rifle Sporting bore.217(5.51) and Grove dia .222(5.56)
all dia within +.002
Match bolt action chamber to cone .643 then 5deg to .6876
Sporting chamber .818 then 5deg to .8751

The avg bullet dia .2255 give or take .002 by SAAMI Standards

Fed Gold Medal .2235
Wolf target match .225
Rem Club xtra .224
CCI standard vel .225

CCI mini mag hp .2245
CCI Blazer L RN .2235
Fed bluk .225
Aguila Super max .225

So what does it shape it to make it more accurate?
You should all ready know that HP's are less accurate then round nose.
I do not see your Logic so far

[Dunno] My knowledge starts and stops at his add. Most of the cheap 22 lead I've shot has an inconsistent ruff look to it. I'm no smith, reloader (yet) or accuracy shooter, never taken calipers to them. My understanding is the tool is supposed to reshape the bullet and take out the .002 variance in size hence accuracy claims. The new shape (round to hollow, cup, flat) is for different expansion depending on game.[Beer]
