I can't answer your question about the website, but I have called three times to get them to send me a new card. I still don't have one. It's been over two months since I last called. I wouldn't hold your breath on getting a new card anytime soon.

Good luck with that. I tried this a year ago, emailed them and everything, never got a response. I ended just waiting for the card to finally catch me in the mail.

I recently joined the NRA and waiting on my card in the mail. I emailed them about my # and after a few emails back and forth to confirm mailing address and all I got the # and can log into the site for member benefits.

Now the GOA on the other hand... I've given up on those people and any hope of help/reply/assistance from them. They got my membership money but won't get any more from me!
Short story, I joined Gun Owners of America in April 09. Multiple emails/phone calls/ online tickets that turned into demands for refunds later, I get my welcome packet in the mail in November 09. Nothing since.
