Been lurking for awhile, you seem like a great group, look forward to asking many questions like:
-What is the best AR to buy?
-Do I need to break in my barrell?
-Where can I go to shoot esp out to 1200 yds?(just finished "Point of Impact" great read)
-Do I need to lube my Stag or can I run her dry?
-Is Magpul a type of frog?
-How do I join CLP? oops never mind
-Is my XDM ok or do I need to buy a Glock?
-Should I subscribe to PMAG or is my subscription to Men's Health good enough?
-Finally, is my avatar too offensive?[Beer]

-What is the best AR to buy? That is a very personal question in that everyone has a preference and it all depends on what you, personally, want to do with the AR (plinker, predator rifle, tacticool defense, neighbor intimidation, bell tower shooting, etc.). Personally, I recommend a real one. If it has a Mattell stamp on it, it isn't real.
-Do I need to break in my barrell? Break it into what?
-Where can I go to shoot esp out to 1200 yds?(just finished "Point of Impact" great read) Someone help me here - initially, I'm inclined to say you only have 2 options; Ben Lomond Gun Club (http://www.blgc.org/) can get you out to 600yrds or just shoot straight up. Of course, if you were to do all of your shooting in Littleton whose elevation is said to be 5351 ft (1783.66 yrds), you'd have to shoot down, or at least backwards to get to 1200yrds.
-Do I need to lube my Stag or can I run her dry? Always use lube, but don't use too much lube - as the resulting lack of friction can cause your Stag to slide right out of the bed.
-Is Magpul a type of frog? Milk-a-what?
-How do I join CLP? oops never mind CLP is a lubricant. Personally, I recommend using KY as it's much easier to clean up afterwards.
-Is my XDM ok or do I need to buy a Glock? Only Kimber owners are allowed on this site; sorry, it's the rules.
-Should I subscribe to PMAG or is my subscription to Men's Health good enough? Get the subscription, but NEVER taken them into the bathroom with you. (I'll never live that down)[Bang]
-Finally, is my avatar too offensive?[Beer] Actually, you really need to read the new Terms of Use for this site. Currently your avatar doesn't quite reach the level of offensiveness that is required for new members here on this site.
Sooooo, I thought your questions were actually legit and I was answering them sincerely until I got to the Magpul question. At that point, I went back and modified my answers. Great to see that you have a sense of humor (subtle and dry though it may be).
Now, if I've totally mis-read your intent on these questions, my apologies.
