Wind! I hate it.

I need to get a 200 yard zero on a couple of rifles. If there's no way I can go shoot, there's no wind. If there is even the smallest chance I could get out, the wind howls. In two weeks of trying, I've not had a single chance.

Anyone know of a sheltered spot in Teller County where I can catch a 200y zero?

It is blowing like crazy out here as well. I was going to hit the range for a little bit today but not going to bother with this wind.

Went to North site yesterday during the snow, and it wasn't too windy at all. Despite the fact that it dropped about 3" while I was there, and the hwy 72 was a bitch to drive down. Just be glad your not living in Wyoming.
