Hi guys, I would like to get quality AR-15 training and I was thinking about attending these AR-15 clinics at Buffalo Creek Gun Club.
Are they good for a rookie shooter? it looks like a great deal for 200$ and they will provide rifles.
Any info about them very appreciated
that's the excerpt from website:

They are very good clinics. I used to promote them up to last year.
I don't have direct experience but it looks to be focused on High Power comp shooting. Don't get me wrong, would be fun but you might be better off with something less focused on competition and more on fundamental marksmanship.
(This is where I insert shameless plug for Appleseed)
Come join us for an Appleseed shoot, bring your AR and after the weekend you will know more about that rifle and how to use it then most shooters. Add to that the $70 cost for a weekend and a free History lesson and I don't see how you could go wrong.

only 4 slots open as of today so jump on it if interested. We also have shoots in May, June, July ....
I am going to Gunnison with my son (almost 10) and have a man weekend. He shoots while I help run the line and we clean guns in the hotel room at night. Only thing better would be to add in camping but weather can be unpredictable.

i know the coach and instructor who teach these courses! they are great if you would like to learn how to shoot the AR in different positions using iron sights you cant beat them it is a lot of fun at least for me i shoot all across Colorado and camp perry Ohio which is a blast.
if you have the chance to make the clinics everything you need is provided besides one or two things they should have listed! i really encourage you to try and take the courses i know there is a clinic this sat for a college group who wants to learn how to shoot the AR weather depending if you shoot me your email i can send it to the instructor who can give you more details! and put you on a mailing list his email might be on BCGC.
to answer some of your questions you have!
You will become familiar with the AR-15, they are great for rookies due to the fact everything you need in provided and most of the people taking the class are rookies and beginners! 200 dollars is a great deal the stuff you learn from the clinics are great! plus it lets you test the waters with out killing your bank account!
if you have any questions about the clinics and such shoot me a PM i am more than happy to help you out! or anybody.
