Interesting. Considering the number of areas that require grease on the M14 platform, if this really works, I'd have to check it out.

I have a hard time with anything that claims to be a permanent lubricant. Especially in my guns! Sort of like "permanently lubricated" sealed bearings in a car; when they go they go all the way, and you can't do anything about it till you have to replace 'em.

Looks like it is upgrade parts and not really a "lubricant" Looks like they are only doing the ar and 1911 platforms.

Personally I have had good luck with grease on the m14. It may collect dust and grit but I haven't had a stopage because of dirt. These pictures were taken out in the grasslands on a REALLY windy day. I had to take brake cleaner to get the grit off, but I didn't have one malfunction

15k on a 9mm pistol isn't very many rounds. Neither is 18K on a carbine or 23K on a machine gun. 50K on an AR I would like to see though.

Out of curiosity has anyone tried liquid Teflon in a gun? It's suspended in an alcohol base that evaporates out quickly, just leaving the Teflon adhered to the surface in question. I've started using it on motorcycles in place of virtually every other external lube because it lasts a while, and does not attract dirt since it doesn't remain sticky. I got to thinking, on a clean weapon some of this on the moving parts might actually work well. It comes in aerosol cans and liquid squeeze-bottles, so pretty easy to work with as well.
