Aftermarket engraved dust covers, where do you get them?

I've seen a few dust covers with Team America quotes engraved on them, like "surprise cock fag" and "America F... Yeah".

I don't usually drop F-bombs, and I fully expect my parents to pass a little judgment when they're at the range with me, but I'm feeling very patriotic towards this great nation of ours and want to find the "America F... Yeah" dust cover. Where have you seen it? I've checked Gunbroker, gun shows and haven't found it yet.

To derail the thread... whatever happened to that website "gripplates.com" or something where the guy made custom stickers to put on the magwell of an AR-15? Some of the sticker things he had were neat.
