It is a sign on a trailer parked some where that says, "ZOO HAS AFRICAN LION WHITE HOUSE HAS LYIN AFRICAN"

Probably not. It is the kind of trailer that you pull around to advertise (looks like a movie showing board) and it looks to be parked near a gas station or car dealership or something.
