Sounds like crap to me. The thing about the no nukes is that we won't use any nukes on countries that 1) are a part of the treaty (i.e. not North Korea or Iran), and 2) follow the guidelines of said treaty.

If a country isn't a member, and/or doesn't follow the guidelines, then all bets are off and they can eat nuke.

I realize that isn't what your post was about, but when they get the nuke part wrong, I can't take the other entry seriously either (especially since it was posted on April 1st).

I thought he was already Commander in Chief of his own personal Army... Actually, of 5 different armies... Army, Navy, Marines, USAF, USCG.

Not to mention the smaller armies run by CIA, FBI, DHS, BATF... and then there's SOCOM... and probably a dozen similar sized three/four letter acronyms I never even heard of.
