Just tried to check out cologunmarket and a page is coming up that reads "ACCOUNT SUSPENDED." Anyone know what's going on?

On the RMGO web site I found this:
http://www.rmgo.org/email/CGM.htm
ColoGunMarket sucking down the bandwidth, and went down --
We need you to Chip In!
If you enjoy our website Colorado Gun Market, we need your help.
Over the last year, this site has been sucking down the bandwidth -- which means, essentially, that lots of people are viewing it, daily. In fact, over the last few months it's gotten so bad that you've seen the site go down several times... including this weekend and today. Unless we upgrade some capabilities, it's going to get worse.
Administration of the site takes up a lot of staff time -- so much that RMGO hired an additional staff member, partially to help with the workload.
Rocky Mountain Gun Owners' main purpose is, however, to fight against gun control and advance our right to keep and bear arms, not administer web pages. But we want to keep it going.
To do so, we must upgrade. But upgrading the capability of our site is expensive -- much more than we anticipated.
So, we're going to do something we've never done: asking those of you who use Colorado Gun Market to Chip In (https://rmgo.ejoinme.org/MyPages/ColoGunMarket/tabid/202007/Default.aspx) to help keep Colorado Gun Market going.
We're not asking for much -- $10, $20....or $5 or $50. But whatever you think it's worth, whatever you can afford.... just Chip In (https://rmgo.ejoinme.org/MyPages/ColoGunMarket/tabid/202007/Default.aspx) to keep this site going.
Click here if you'd like to help (https://rmgo.ejoinme.org/MyPages/ColoGunMarket/tabid/202007/Default.aspx).
If everyone Chips In, we should be able to upgrade the site immediately.
E-mail us at RMGO.org (office@rmgo.org)
There was an almost identical thread a few month ago about how this site goes down at the beginning of every month.

Too bad it is the middle of the month...
I sent them extra $ last month...
Wonder what the underlying problem is...
That was weird. Wasn't the usual "bandwidth exceeded" message. But it's back up now.
