I am still laughing. More feel good, meaningless legislation.
I am waiting to hear how effective his, "important public safety measures to regulate the sale and transfer of .50 caliber rifles" is now. We all know .50 caliber is the choice of criminals because it is easily concealable and cheap!
It really is the few hundred million Kalifornians that ruin it for the other 3.

We need important public safety measures limiting the number of retards from Kali in our state.
