I was going to head up this week but the weather kept me away. next week is a wash because of work, and the following week I might get a day in if the weather is okay.

I've seen Tom, Tom Jr., Tom III and the rest of their family almost daily when driving down E-470 just after 5:00pm. He has been strutting around in a field just west of the Platte River and south of E-470. My guess is that he is there because hunting is most likely prohibited there.

no tom, but his girlfriend has been hanging out on my deck in front of the door all day. she is so desperate for some lovin that when i go out there, she squats for me! i tried to grab her once, but she only lets me get within a few inches, and then decides she doesnt like me. hmm, sounds like a woman.

Deer and turkey doesn't mix. Or, do they?

I've been working in Kansas for lot's of the cities and counties. I'm tired of seeing Tom. He's freaking everywhere out there. You guys should get together and roll out for a morning. Only a 3hr drive, and ALL the farmers will let you hunt. Stay close to a river bottom and you'll have your bag limit in an hour.
