as most people know, the federal government has gone awry. the are passing bills that they want regardless of the wishes of the people. if we dont elect enough conservatives to shift the balance of power in congress, we are screwed, life here will never be the same. cap and trade, immigration, value added tax, are just some of the things they are trying to ram down our throats right now. anyone who is honest knows that guns will be on the radar soon. in the mean time they will increase taxes on ammo, guns, gun accessories, they will try to make gun ownership unreasonably expensive.
i have always voted in the big elections, but this year i am getting involved. it is up to everyone who loves this country and cherishes our rights to let your voice be heard. that means VOTE. encourage anyone and everyone that you know to register and to vote. to convince them, make it personal. people who shoot have the gun rights issues, if they dont shoot, put it into terms that affect them. if cap and trade passes, it will cost us more to put gas in our cars, to heat our homes, everything that gets shipped will cost more, that big truck you like to drive will cost more. taxes will go up, and not just a little bit, and not just for the "rich".
the dems have been good at getting out the vote, now we need to do the same. if everyone in the country were to vote, the dems would almost never win.
it is about saving our country as we know it.

Yes because of our laziness we have a state that is turning into a liberal eastern state or California.

"But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored, Liberty, once lost, is lost forever."

I always stay active, vote, spread the word etc.
With the large numbers coming in from CA it is turning into a pretty tough situation. they just don't seem to get that things went bad there for a reason, to change their own mindset and not ruin our state.

Very wise and insightful sniper.

I too will be considerably more involved this year, and, probably, for the rest of my life.
